Cancellations, returns and exchanges
Cancelling an order for free is only possible before the order has left our warehouse. If you cancel an order after it has left our warehouse, all the shipping costs will be charged to you. Please check the product carefully upon receipt and decide within 7 working days whether you accept the product or send it back to Peter Klashorst Webshop. After removing the tags and/or after using the product, the product cannot be returned or repaired, nor entirely or partially refunded. All goods bought at Peter Klashorst Webshop can be returned or exchanged after requesting a return number on the Website. You can do this by sending an email with the ordernumber to peterklashorstgallery@gmail.com . You will receive a return number by email which you have to include as a print in the returnpackage. This has to be done within 7 working days upon delivery. You have to pay for the shipping costs. All goods bought can only be returned to the address below.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please use a trackable mailing method and save your receipt from the post office.
All accurately returned products will be credited as a refund to the original purchaser’s credit card account, or bank account excluding the shipping costs to the shipping address. In order to receive a refund the product you return must be in perfect condition. If you have received a Peter Klashorst Webshop article as a gift, you are allowed to exchange it within 7 working days. The new article must have the same price, or may be priced higher, provided you pay the difference. Furthermore you pay the added shipping costs plus customs levies/taxes and import or export duties.
Refund period
After the receipt of the goods by Peter Klashorst Webshop the money will be transferred to your bank, or creditcard account within a maximum of 14 working days. Banks and credit card companies handle payments on their own conditions. That is why it can take longer before the money will actually be refunded to your account. Peter Klashorst Webshop cannot be held responsible for this.
Responsibility for return shipment
Peter Klashorst Webshop is not responsible for your return shipment to us. As sender of the shipment, you are responsible for the actual delivery to our return shipment address. You must deliver the return package in correct fashion. If it cannot be established that a return shipment that has gone missing was transferred in the correct way, Peter Klashorst Webshop shall not be obligated to refund the product.
